Hi, my name is Winema Adams. I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years nursing homes/assisted living and hospital and emergency rooms . When I was young, my grandma lived with us and I helped my mom take care of her. I then started working in a hospital/nursing home. I think from a young age caring for people became a passion of mine. Not only did I firsthand witness how the elderly fell through the cracks of the system, but as time went on, I seen that some of them didn't have anyone to help them ,or to advocate for them or receiving the care that they deserved. I am a reliable, caring, and dedicated in giving the best possible care I can give I want your family member to be happy, content, safe and give them respect companionship and to know that they can trust me and their family members can trust me that when i am with them I am going to make sure that your mother or father or grandmother or grandfather is going to get that best possible care and I'm going to keep them safe and let them have a voice they're still human beings and deserve to be respected and treated like an individual.
